Your clients book. Your calendar stays with you.
A shareable booking page, no account for the visitor, offering only slots that are really free in your calendar — your calendar stays the single source, with no second calendar to keep in sync.
Under construction: the public booking page and slot computation exist; the rest is labelled as such below.
Appointment booking, end to end
Public booking page
One address to share. The visitor picks a slot, leaves a name and an email, and gets a confirmation. No account to create.
Correct time zones
The visitor sees slots in their own time zone, including across a daylight-saving change — the domain's number one source of bugs, treated as such.
Appointment types
Duration, buffer before and after, minimum notice, booking horizon: you set the rhythm of your day.
Confirmation and cancellation by email
Standard iMIP invitations, readable by any calendar. Cancelling or moving is done from the message.
Video-call link
The Vizvia link is added to the appointment automatically.
Reminders
Both you and the visitor are reminded before the appointment, using the galaxy calendar reminders.
Several calendars, several people
Shared availability and round-robin assignment across the practitioners of one practice.
Voice booking
Book by voice through Kopilvia. A differentiator, planned for after the first release.
What we will not do
- Never the reason for an appointment
An anonymous visitor only sees "free" or "busy": never the title, the reason or the identity of the person. A medical calendar saying "busy: consultation with Mr X" would disclose health data.
- Never a double booking
Two confirmations on the same slot: the second is refused. The calendar is a product in its own right, served to the other galaxy products, which read it without copying it.
- Self-hostable
No third-party resource: no remote font, no CDN, no external script. Artificial intelligence is optional — without it, booking still works.

Frequently asked questions
Is Agendvia available?
Not as a complete release yet. The public booking page and slot computation are built; video calls, multi-calendar and voice follow. Join the waiting list.
Does the visitor need an account?
No. They pick a slot, give a name and an email, and receive a confirmation.
What does a visitor see of my calendar?
Only the free slots and, for a taken slot, the word "busy". Never the reason, the title or the identity of the person.
Can I host it myself?
That is the design principle: every component must be able to run on the customer's own infrastructure.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is coming. No price is announced before it is settled.
